Come to RVHR from Loundoun County Animal Control. She was a stray.

Tara --arrived as a stray, definitely took over as lead of the herd but
perfectly handle able with very good ground manners (she stands well for the
farrier, and though her feet look ugly he says they're sound). We thought she
was a true cribber at first, but she seems to just gnaw when she gets bored, on
occasion, so we never bothered putting on a strap
