History
Come to RVHR from Loundoun County Animal Control. She is part of the 48 horse
seizure case in January. Per LCAC - Emerick -- chestnut mare, at least 10
years old, star & snip. She can be sweet one minute and super cranky the next,
it all depends on her mood.
