has opened up it's facility to the Franklin County Animal Shelter. RVHR is
now Fostering Puppies, Dogs, Kittens and Cats. While Looking Below if you
should see the RVHR ID or Name on a pet it is here at the RVHR Facility.
Volunteer and Donations to help Care for these Fostered Pet here at RVHR are
always Welcome.
